1. Privacy

The YoungAdult Social Network is designed to make it easy for you to share information with anyone you want. You decide how much information you feel comfortable sharing and you control how it is distributed through your privacy settings.

We use your information to communicate with you, to fulfill our services, to update you on services, and to personalize some parts of the web site. We will never sell, lease or rent your confidential information. However, if it is necessary, we will share information for legal reasons. We will always endeavor to take steps to assure that any information you provide to us will remain secure.

2. Sharing Your Content and Information

To enable sharing of information, you give us rights to your intellectual property while it is on our servers. Our rights to your intellectual property ends when you delete your account unless you've shared your information with others. When you delete your account, your intellectual information may still be on backup tapes for some period of time.

3. Monitoring Online Postings

YoungAdult Community Bible Study shall have the right to monitor and review the content of any discussions, chats, forums, postings, transmissions and bulletin boards, although YoungAdult Community Bible Study is not under legal obligation to do so. As a Christian organization we uphold specific foundational beliefs. We expect visitors to our sites, and anyone using our communication tools to adhere to a sense of decency and decorum that we deem appropriate. We are the sole authority on questions of appropriateness. Naturally, YoungAdult Community Bible Study assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of an online posting. However, we do specifically prohibit you or any visitor from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage what could be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. YoungAdult Community Bible Study will fully cooperate with authorities or court orders requesting details of criminal postings. YoungAdult Community Bible Study shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on any YoungAdult Community Bible Study web site. YoungAdult Community Bible Study shall have the right to remove any material that it determines to be in violation of these provisions or otherwise objectionable.

In addition, children 12 and under are not authorized to post messages or participate in this YoungAdult Community Bible Study Web site.

4. Safety

For your safety, you should know the people you share your information with. This web site is intended for private use by class members of Community Bible Study. Collecting e-mail addresses for commercial activity is not allowed.

5. Registration and Account Security

When you register on our forums we collect your e-mail address and member name. Periodically we may use this information to contact you regarding site updates, ministry events and promotions or a violation of these terms of service. However, we will never rent or sell your personal information.

You may not provide false information and we request that you keep your information up to date.

We ask for your birth date to verify your age. All users must be age 13 or older.

Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account.

6. Protecting Other People's Rights

By uploading photos, you affirm that you have rights to any pictures that you upload to this web site; identifying names are not allowed.

Community Bible Study policy prohibits links to other web sites.

You may not post names, addresses and phone numbers of others without permission of other parties.

Any references to CBS must be spelled out as “Community Bible Study”.

7. Termination

If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of this web site to you. We will notify you by e-mail or at the next time you attempt to access your account. You may also delete your account at any time.

We try to keep this web site bug-free, and safe, but you use it at your own risk. We are providing this web site “as is” without any express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that this web site will be safe or secure.
